We LOVEEEEE this Place!!! I don’t even know where to begin when it comes to This places and their staff. Taylor, She is hands-down the most incredible groomer I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with! From the very first time I brought my two dogs to her, I could tell that Taylor isn’t just a groomer. She’s a true animal lover who genuinely cares about each pet she works with. Both of my dogs absolutely adore her, and I trust her completely with their care. Taylor takes the time to get to know my dogs’ individual personalities, quirks, and specific needs, which makes all the difference. She’s so patient, gentle, and intuitive. Both of my dogs feel calm and comfortable the entire time, and I always know they’re in the best hands. The way she handles them with such love and attention is something you rarely see, and it shows in how they look and behave after each visit. Not only is Taylor’s grooming work flawless both of my dogs always leave looking like a million bucks but she also goes above and beyond to make sure their experience is positive. She listens to any special requests I have and takes the time to offer thoughtful advice on grooming and care between appointments. On top of all that, Sunshine City Pets itself is such a joy to visit! It’s always welcoming, clean, and so well-organized. The staff is friendly and genuinely passionate about pets, and it’s clear that they’re dedicated to providing the best service possible. And let me not forget the amazing selection of snacks they have! Whether it’s a delicious treat for my pups or a nice toy it’s always a nice little bonus that makes the visit even more special. My dog is known to be a bit “spicy” when it comes to grooming but Kiley did such a great job not only keeping my girl calm and comfy, her haircut came out STELLAR! The treats they offer are a fan favorite of Tootsie’s. I love this place!
